Mountain View Apartment Landscape Overhaul
We recently completed a full landscape renovation for the Mountain View Apartments, transforming the property into a cleaner, more modern, and drought-conscious outdoor space designed for year-round curb appeal.
This approximately $50,000 landscape overhaul included removing all existing plants, replacing and improving soil conditions, upgrading irrigation, and installing nearly 100 new drought-tolerant plants throughout the property. Additional features included raised landscape mounds, decorative garden screens, uplighting, path lighting, and premium double redwood ground mulch to create a polished and cohesive look.
One of the standout features of this project was incorporating the existing river rock into a custom-designed dry creek bed, adding natural texture, drainage functionality, and visual flow throughout the landscape.
